Meet the Sisters

We’re Brittany and Caylie—sisters, moms, business owners, professional multitaskers, and the *slightly* unhinged duo behind Belle & Bloom Co.

Brittany is a Family Nurse Practitioner, bulldog lover, and the genuinely organized sister. She keeps the plans, lists, and important details under control while somehow balancing work, motherhood, building a house, family life, and our latest business ideas.

Caylie is a Speech-Language Pathologist, bookworm, Harry Potter fanatic, and has a pet pig named Muggles. She’s the creative, chaotic sister with approximately 5,000 mental tabs open—and at least 4,997 of them involve a new idea for the boutique.

When we aren’t working, loving on our partners, kiddos, and pets, or sending each other entirely too many messages, you can usually find us discussing true crime and questioning each other’s sanity.

We may be complete opposites in many ways, but that’s exactly why we work: Brittany keeps us organized and on track, Caylie keeps things colorful and chaotic, and together we’ve created Belle & Bloom—a happy little corner of the internet filled with things that spread good vibes and maybe a little bit of chaos, too!
